This Privacy Policy explains how Dawnify processes information when you use the Dawnify iOS app or this website.

Information stored on your device

Dawnify stores alarm schedules, mission settings, timers, habits, focus settings, and preferences on your device to provide the app’s features. Screen Time selections are handled through Apple’s Family Controls framework; Dawnify receives opaque selections rather than a person’s app-usage history.

Permissions you choose to grant

Dawnify requests permissions only for features you choose to use. These can include notifications and alarm access, Screen Time, Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Motion & Fitness, Photos, Apple Music/media-library access, and read-only HealthKit data for habit tracking. You can decline optional permissions and change them later in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions

Dawnify subscriptions and free trials are processed by Apple through the App Store. Dawnify does not collect or store payment-card details. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms for your account region.

Optional diagnostics

Diagnostic collection is disabled by default. The current release does not collect crash, performance, or product-use diagnostics. If a future release offers diagnostic sharing and you actively choose to enable it, Dawnify will send only the disclosed diagnostic data to Sentry and PostHog. Diagnostics are not used for advertising and are not sold.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate Dawnify, respond to support requests, and process App Store purchases. We do not sell personal information. The current release does not share diagnostics with Sentry or PostHog. We may disclose information when required by law or during a business transfer.

Retention and deletion

Most Dawnify data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to your request and meet legal obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by Dawnify, contact support@dawnify.app.

Children

Dawnify is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Dawnify’s data practices change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
